The directive according to a statement from the Federal Ministry of Finance was issued by the Minister of Finance, Mrs. Kemi Adeosun. The statement signed by the Director, Press, FMF, Mr. Marshal Gundu, also directed agencies of government to ensure that all operating costs are reduced to the barest minimum.
